Axis Suites

Very clean facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. Located in a nice area near good restaurants.

The clubs behind the hotel kept me awake all night, the staff were so apologetic about it, but there's nothing else they could do.

Location is great and walking distance to a few spots

Despite it being overpriced,I liked the spaciousness of the rooms. Special thanks to Vera and all members of staff for being such wonderful hosts.

The showers.

The front desk was warmth, professional and very responsive; likewise the housekeeping staff. The fragrance of the facility was pleasant. The breakfast was nice but small in amount and choice. This is one improvement the Axis Suites needs to make.

I don't know how this aspect would be dealt with, but this is one thing that I found missing: an incline stairway or/and a lift for the physically challenged, and a much easier way to get luggage to the rooms.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The spaces inside the suite were much bigger than expected and pleasantly furnished. There is an ATM machine next door, which was a plus.

The mattresses were uncomfortable and too firm. The laundry service was unclear.

I didn't eat breakfast at this property.

My sliding door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and close. That was my only issue with the entire room.
