Please note that pets up to 10 kg can be accommodated at an extra charge of EUR 15 per day. Pets more than 10 kg can be accommodated on request and different charges will apply. Further more in case cigarettes or tobacco are found in the accommodations there will be a charge of EUR 200. Kindly note that a late check-in fee of EUR 50 applies to arrivals after 23:00, while a late check-in fee of EUR 100 applies to arrivals after 03:00. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 150 will apply for late check-out after 11:00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
