Rustig gelegen in een straatje dat eindigt bij de zee. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Eigen afgesloten parking is ook een pluspunt. Bakker, supermarkt, restaurant, allemaal op wandelafstand. Nea Artaki is een leuk stadje, met een mooie haven en ontelbaar goeie restaurantjes.

Misschien een paar wijnglazen voorzien.
