Location, the price and the owner was a nice guy.

You get what you pay for. Desperately needs some renovation. But the basics were there. Shower was very poor, but plenty of hot water. Toilet door wouldn't close/lock & bedroom door handle comes off. There were ants on the bed the first night we arrived. Understandably noisy, yes it's a city location but investing in some double glazing will help.

Lage war super! Wir konnten von der Wohnung aus sehr gut die Stadt erkunden

Badezimmer war nicht sehr sauber, vor allem der Duschvorhang. Lampe im Flur hat nicht funktioniert und das Türschloss hat geklemmt, so, dass wir öfter Probleme hatten auf-/zuzusperren.

Όλα ειτανε πολύ αψωγα και διαμέρισμα και τοποθεσία και καθαριότητα συνιστο και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός και ότι χρειάζονταν με βοηθούσε.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της Ρόδου! Ο ιδιοκτήτης άριστος στην επικοινωνία.... Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε στάση λεωφορείου και η σχέση τιμής -παροχών καλή!

Excellent location to walk everywhere, old town, bus station, port. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes nearby

You only get 1 chance to make a good first impression! In my first 12hrs, I discovered the hot water hadn't been turned on, there were no forks to eat dinner, and I had to wash the plates and cutlery before eating because they had been put away dirty. All these things should have been picked up by the cleaners before check-in. Also, the bathroom door still doesn't close, although I've seen that mentioned in reviews for a full year! I was given just 1 fork (I felt as though I wasn't trusted with more cutlery), and there's only 1 coffee mug in an apartment for 4. There are so many missed opportunities to turn feedback into positive with some attention to detail, and make this gem a diamond!
