The Dreamhouses by the Lake

A wonderful apartment at a wonderful location in the center next to the lake. Clean and comfortable and with all facilities needed

I've been in Agios Nikolaos many times it is probably in the best location by the Lake. It has plenty of spaces and 3 bedrooms and it's very comfy.

The house is in the perfect position, probably the best in the town. The house is spacious and the bedrooms are large.

The property has not been maintained, the basics were right but it was scruffy and uncared for. We had to buy a new frying pan and chopping board as the ones provided were disgusting. We had to buy an iron as the one provided was broken. Alongside we also had to buy a fan heater as 3 of the 4 AC units did not put out any heat. Broken lampshades and bare light bulbs gave an air of delapidation. The vacuum cleaner did not work nor did the hair dryer. All of these problems are easily put right, the owners just need to love the place again.

the appartment is perfectly located (right in the lively centre of Agios Nikolaos!), very well equipped, super clean. Hosts kindly brought us a 2nd key and that was really convenient for us. We enjoyed as well the small terrace. No problem to find a free parking spot in the streets nearby. Very good price for such a high-value accommodation.

Perfect location but it can be a bit loud some times.

There was no hot water, just enough for i person and we were five. The following day when i called the owner, he came by and shoud us how to do it manually for the hot water and it was ok after that.

Breakfast wasn’t included, location was just steps away from the lake with lots of restaurants around.

Because of the great location, street parking was in high demand so we couldn’t park very close but not a big problem. The two parking lots nearby were closed which is not the fault of the host.

It would have been perfect if only we had hot water. The beds were huge and very comfortable, the apartment is very well situated. Great for family with young kids. Modern and clean.

We had hot water 2-3 times during a couple minutes during our entire 2 weeks stay. We contacted the host 3 times, but our issue was not corrected. Communication with host was most minimal I ever had on Booking. The common spaces (kitchen and living room) are rather small for 4 adults (but the bedrooms are very spacious). A microwave oven would have been practical.

Beautiful apartment, big and soundproofed rooms, big and comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, children's playground from 10 m, restoraunts from 50m, sea from 100m, beach in nearby, every vacationer's dream.

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of Agios Nikolaos. The apartment was spacious for our large family with all the amenities at hand. The host was also great attending to our needs.
