Les propriétaires du logement ont réservé un excellent accueil. 

En termes de matériel de la salle de bain, les lits ne sont pas corrects. La serviette est déchirée, les draps sont usés et un ventilateur est présent sans protection, ce qui est très risqué. De plus, il y a des cafards. Il serait nécessaire de revoir l'ensemble du matériel. Les photos datent de dix ans, mais elles sont mises sur le site. Les équipements de cuisine sont plutôt excellents.
