location is great , the beach just round the corner and due to being at the bottom of the strip quiet enough and out the way of all the madness … the property is stylish and immaculately presented .. the hot tub works and was clean and ideal to sit there watching the world go by .. in addition the pool and garden areas are lovely with bbq if you wish .. the sun starts at the front and goes round to the rear which there is seating areas all around so never missing the sun …can’t fault it . I’ve been and stayed in zante nearly 30 times this accomadation is definitely my favourite and would 100% stay again

I was happy with every aspect

We were given so much help and advice for activities to do by the host, who maintained excellent communication with us as well. We had such an incredible experience and will be staying here again if we ever return!!

Location and transport: The location was ideal. On a street perpendicular to the main road. A parking space for the rental car is just close by. Facilities: The rooms were spacious and well equipped. A fan and an ac is in every room. There's just a still lacking . There was no mixer to do fresh juices but there was an orange extractor. There's a TV in every room and high speed internet ( q bit slow at moment but who cares especially considering the scenery outside the house). The staff: the villa managers were helpful, reactive and great advisors. We were able to overstay in the pool for one more hour at checkout. That was adorable as we had a pregnant woman with us during the hot day.

There was no cover for the swimming pool at night. We often found bugs and bags or tissue inside. That was either deliberately thrown by some jealous people or just brought by the wind.

Hot tub was great. Was a big apartment. Very modern. Good facilities. Driveway. Right next to beach.

Shower water and hot tub can't both be hot same time.

Property was beautifully decorated as described. Bed was very comfortable and glazing blocked out most sound to get a good nights sleep. Management communication could not be faulted. Any issues, even when out of their control they helped resolve swiftly.

We had several issues with water blockage. Now I’m aware in Greece paper down the waste pipe can cause this so perhaps this is out of their control. Also the hot tub was dirty and I was informed this was because I was running it for too long on a high temperature. Again as genuine and honest response but I would suggest a short guide on how to run it so this doesn’t happen. Hot tub was promptly cleaned when this mentioned

The apartment was amazing! Very spacious and clean and very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owners were great and very welcoming. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning.
