The apartemnt is specious and pristine clean. It has big windows so you can see the sea and town in the distance. It is equipped with many amenities, so it would be comfortable for both short for longer stays. The apartemnt is kind of out of town, it takes a couple of minutes by car or a 30 mins walk to get there from the central part of Loutraki

Clean, well designed apartment, good location, private beach, big tv with Netflix, great owner

The owner met me upon my arrival and showed me everything in the apartment and around. Lovely woman! She recommended places to eat and local attractions to enjoy while staying there. The complex is not new, but the apartment was renovated with new furniture and a refrigerator. There is parking and a small private beach (not comfortable, lots of sharp stones, but there are many better beaches around, you have to have a car anyway). Check-in and check-out were easy, with no problems with neighbors whatsoever. It is a quiet place.

Minor problem with a drawer but nothing to complain about really. Also, there was a power outage but this is not something the owner can control.
