Vintage 1930's flat in the center of Thessaloniki

Central location, bus stop in proximity. Very nice host, all our questions were answered in no time. He also gave us tips what to visit, where to eat and so on.

There is only one thing- the smell of mould, which is not strange for the place near the sea, but it has been a bit unpleasant

It was quite dark with not a huge amount of natural light but this is minor.

This is a wonderful property to stay at, ideally situated on one of the main streets of Thessaloniki. Even though it is on one of these main streets, it's absolutely an oasis of calm, you barely hear anything from the outside. The owner is very communicative and provides a wealth of information on how things run within the apartment as well as places to go. The price is right, and you're very close to a large amount of restaurants and shops - as well ideally suited to see the multiple tourist sites that Thessaloniki offers.

My partner found the bed slightly stiff, but I didn't mind it. The bathroom/shower combo might take some getting used to, but it is works well.

We were able to walk to all the main sights. In the area there were lots of small shops and good access to transport-buses and taxis.

Simple room and kitchen flat on ground floor with easy access to cafes, shops and bar and 4 minutes walk downhill to the main streets of Thessoloniki and also on major bus routes within the city - Host provided excellent instructions on a wide range of topics from using appliances, sites to visit, eat, etc. Very secure and safe apartment that I would stay in again.
