Nous aurions aimé être prévenus que l’eau n’est pas potable et qu’il y’a souvent des coupures d’eau. La lumière dans l’appartement et surtout sur la terrasse est très forte et blanche … une lumière plus douce et chaude comme on voit dans d’autres appartements du complexe serait très agréable pour les soirées. Mais ce sont des détails, l’appartement est parfait et très bien entretenu.

La localisation a 2 pas de la plage de St Anne, le très contact avec Laure la propriétaire, l’accueil, la facilité d’accès, la propreté, la piscine avec vue sur mer … bref il ne manquait rien. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Very beautiful property on the ocean. It had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The complex has a gated system which makes it private and safe. The grounds are well kept with an infinity pool. Only a five minute walk to the Sainte Anne beach and close to the Center for shopping and restaurants. Hosts were always available to answer any questions we had within a matter of minutes. The property is the same as pictured.

besides everything with this appartment is fine, they offer sufficient towels etc. really liked that. way to the sea and pool are great. very close to the stores.

Great location within walking distance from beautiful beach as well as St.Anne restaurants and shops. Spacious apartment with own backyard. Easy to communicate about checkin. Helpful and friendly host was welcoming us and introduced the premises upon arrival. Everything worked as expected.

The accommodation was first class with a lovely balcony.

The location was excellent, very close to a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants Lovely landscaped gardens and pool. Spacious, bright apartment, well equipped with a large balcony with sea views.

Nothing we disliked. We weren’t aware that cleaning not included in price and costs extra €60 unless you want to clean yourself. This could be clearer at time of booking. Mirrors in bedrooms would also be useful.

Awesome stay! The apartment is wonderful and well equipped with everything needed! It looks exactly as in the photos, comfy, clean and spacious. Laure (the owner) is super friendly and attentive. This is the best stay in Guadeloupe by far! I highly recommend it.
