No breakfast, but not expected. Location great overlooking ferry harbour with great views towards Les Saintes islands. Good parking. Large amount of crockery and cooking items. This apartment is large and light downstairs and when it is completed will be an excellent place to stay. The apartment has been let out before the job is completed.

Water went off each of three nights we stayed between 21:00 and 06:00 hrs. Shower attachment to wall broken & shower drain partially blocked. Bed had just thin bedsheets only, no bed cover. Staircase was left unpainted and landing area unfinished. Poor storage, lack of clothing cupboards. The one bedroom rail had no hangers. Good WiFi internet access for 5G enabled devices, an older laptop unable to connect to internet even with suggested alternative connection modes.
