Lovely secluded spot but only a few minutes walk from the beach and tavernas. Very kind owners often sharing produce from their garden

Fantastic welcome with wine, home made olive oil and marmalade. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Good parking. Set in a beautiful vegetable garden. Feels like you are in the country but actually just a short stroll to shops, restaurants and beach.

The garden is amazing, it makes you feel you are in the middle of nowhere and there is a very nice relaxing feeling about it just sitting outside the apartment having your coffee. The location is a short walk from the beach and shops and restaurants in Kamari. The hosts are lovely.

The apartment inside is a bit outdated but it didn’t impact our stay at all as everything was clean.

We stayed 7 nights in mid-October and didn't really want to leave at the end. We experienced 100% real Greek hospitality from George and his wife starting with the welcome bottle of wine, home-made jam and home-made olive oil. George gave us many useful tips on restaurants and the best beach spots in Kefalos, and our requests for a couple of blankets and larger knife were promptly met. The kitchen in fact had plenty of equipment for cooking with, we just needed a larger knife to slice our watermelon up. We stayed in apartment 1, which, like apartment 6, has vines growing over the front entrance which gives you that extra feeling of being in Greece as you have your breakfast outdoors. In 20 minutes you can walk to Agios Stefanos beach and we would recommend watching the sunrise from the basilica ruins that are there.

Nothing - and we would happily stay at Nefeli Apartments again in future. Really, the owners are first class people.

George and his wife are the cutest!! We always received homemade treats or vegetable from the garden. They are very kind. We stayed there with three people and had everything we needed. There could be a bit more kitchen supplies but for the few days we stayed we got along very well!

The location is excellent, especially if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place, where you want to relax but also get a glimpse of the typical Greek atmosphere. The apartment is very close to the Kefalos beach, supermarkets and the bus station. Although the sandy beaches are further away, you can conveniently take the bus or rent a bike to explore them too if you don't want to walk that much. You can find everything you need 5-10 minutes away from the apartment. The Camel beach and the Agios Stefanos beach are easily reachable. The hosts are wonderful: very nice and friendly, always ready to help and answer your questions. They gave us self-made olive oil and jam on our first day and served us traditional food during our stay. Their lovely garden and olive trees surround the apartment, creating a beautiful view. Everything is very clean and and the apartment (especially the kitchen) is spacious and equipped with everything you need. If you need anything more, the hosts are happy to help. I absolutely loved it and I will definitely return in the future. I totally recommend Nefeli Apartments.

The host, George, was always available and had the best tips of the island. He made us feel welcome, showing us the rooms and even giving us some treats while we were there!

Location is not very easy for elderly people and you definitely need a car, however, that was expected and very clear on the listing, so it did not impact my trip.
