Xenia Stalis Apartments

De ligging is perfect, kamer is ruim, van badkamer kan douche hoek vernieuwd worden, daar zat schimmel en onder toilet lekte het

2x per week schoonmaken en bed verschonen is prima, maar 2x per week 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek per persoon is te weinig! Als je erom vroeg werd het door Petros direct geregeld! Maar het zou beter zijn als er voor een aantal dagen een voorraad handdoeken neergelegd zouden worden en ook een voorraad toilet papier en extra vuilniszakjes.

Great, comfortable studio apartment, clean, double-glazed windows with mosquito nets, cutlery, dishes, dishwashing products, garbage bags, lots of toilet paper, decent wi-fi for Greece and free AC (a truly rare find in Greece). Thorough cleaning done the 3rd day free of charge, towels and linen changed. Welcome package (jam, bread, orange juice, a couple of beer cans, a large water bottle). Wonderful location, sea view from the bed, big balcony with a table and two chairs. Good size bathroom and shower, great water pressure. The late checkout was a really nice gesture.

The fact that the balcony door couldn't be completely closed from the outside, which shuts down the AC inside (a 1 euro door handle installed on the outside could easily fix that). Also, a microwave oven would have been useful.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and local markets. The host was very polite and friendly, and communication via WhatsApp was really easy and smooth.

The only downside was that, being located right in the heart of the resort, it can get a bit noisy due to the street activity which might not be ideal for those who prefer peace and quiet. Also, sound can be heard quite clearly from the neighboring rooms.

The apartment was nice and clean. Very close to beach. Petros was very friendly and helpful. I would very happily return to Xenia, if plan another holiday in Stalis.

All good, no problems during are stay.

Right near the beach, modern, clean, just right for our one week stay.

Nothing major on the negative side.

The location was perfect! Right opposite the beach and on the main street. It was clean, comfortable and spacious and both rooms had balconies for the beautiful views. Petros was fantastic also. Great communication, very friendly was available for anything we needed.

Only one minor thing. The configuration of bathroom window in one of the apartments made showering a bit awkward, but nothing that ruined our stay.
