Great facilities, great balcony, comfy bed, lovely host

Tolles kleines Apartment, ideal zu 2. Schöne große Terrasse, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine. Alles modern und sauber. Lage sehr gut - 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Total netter und bemühter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Our host has been so on to it from the word go. He picked us up from the bus station when we arrived. Preveza is a lively city with amazing history.

Jorgos is an excellent host, he is efficient, friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The apartment is really well equipped, for cooking, doing laundry, Netflix etc., plus the balcony is super spacious. It is about a 7 min walk right to the centre/port area. Make sure to visit the restaurants: Rebetiko Steki & Η ΨΑΘΑ / H PSATHA. I stayed here as a base before joining friends for a boat trip. If you have a car this is a perfect base to explore the nearby areas & beaches: Monolithi & Lithmos, Lefkada town & Kathisma are all worth visiting.

Jorgos picked us up from the bus station. Showed us the apartment. Told us to contact him if there where any issues. We were there for 5 days. He stopped by on the second day to make sure we were ok. When I asked about the cost of a taxi back to the bus station he volunteered to take us there. He also stopped by to pick up our tickets before hand. He has a nice place. Very very helpful. His balcony is large and comfortable.

Nice balcony with a lot of space. Two little local supermarkets in the neighbourhood. The luxury of an elevator in the building and a washingmachine in the apartment. Nice bed. More than enough towels . Possibility of making toast and coffee and do your own cooking of you want. Nice, friendly and helpfull host .
