The garden it’s kids friendly

It was very noisy, because it’s near by the road.

It is very spacious, clean, comfortable and close to the beach.

Recommended for tourists who come by car. Sklavenitis, a store where you can buy everything you need, is about 7-8 minutes away by car.

We liked everything, the hospitable host, the cleanliness of the room, all the necessary items for the kitchen and bathroom. The local beach is a 6-minute walk, a little noise from the road (you need to take earplugs with you). We enjoyed our stay here.

A great attention to details was put in the furnishing of the apartment. Staying here gave us a really good vacation vibe. The amenities and furnishing don’t look worn off and aren’t giving you the impression that you’re staying in an accomodation that shows its age. The court yard is both very nice and also well maintained with lots of space for children to roam and play in safety. Stelios was really helpful in providing us with all the information and hints a couple of first comers check in in Nea Moudania.

Not related to the property, but the area has a strange network of parallel roads that we found a bit confusing to navigate at first, but once you get the hang if it, it’s allright. The property is located near the highway. If you’re hypersensitive to traffic sounds you might want to look elsewhere. Howerver while we did notice it at first, it quickly became a mild white noise that didn’t bother us at all. But most important, we had no issue whatsoever sleeping because you can barely hear it inside the apartment.

Everything was wonderful. The apartment is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the terrace in front with a playground for children and a balcony in the back with table and chairs. It is close to the beach. The noise of the cars (which were rare) from the road is not disturbing. A wonderful host who awaited us with a gift and with water and juice in the fridge. Thank you very much!
