The owner of the apartment was very helpful. Our flight was delayed by two hours and we arrived late at night. We couldn’t find the way, but the owner kindly picked us up from a nearby gas station. The apartment is located away from the tourist crowds, which we really liked. It’s not luxurious, but it’s clean and has everything you need. We were offered delicious coffee every day, fresh fruit, and even homemade cake. If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday away from the tourist crowds, we highly recommend this place!

The host is exceptional, so friendly and attentive. We love this spot a bit away from the touristy beaches

Nothing negative to say

Very nice and quiet place. Although the house is near the road, bedroom and balcony are facing the sea, so you can enjoy a seaside tranquility and nice sea view. Host, Manolis, is extremely friendly and takes care about everything, also treats you with the morning coffee. Beach is cca 100m from the house, very nice and clean, almost no plastic. Few 100m away is the beach bar, for those who look for refreshments and nice view. Whole experience was better than expected.

Everything was ok. If you look for high comfort and facilities better find a room in one of the big resorts or hotels.

Very spacious cosy comfortable and clean apartment with a big fenced garden with trees that provided nice shadow. Also sunbeds available under the trees where you can watch the sea read your book and enjoy a nice breeze. Sea is calm and warm and a short walk. Next door is the mojitobeachbar where you can eat and drink and rent sunbeds the rest of the beach is deserted. The owner of the apartment lives next door and is very welcoming and friendly. He gave us coffee and watermelon from his own garden

Manolis is a very kind host. He showed me around the garden where he plants vanilla, grapes, citron, apricots, fig, and more. He is helpful all the time. The view to the greek sea out of the appartement and the garden is awesome.

The setting was truly remarkable, offering an authentic Greek experience that's hard to match. The studio itself is wonderfully cozy and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly require. As for our host, Manolis, he is undoubtedly one of the most warm-hearted individuals we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond by treating us to homemade cake, coffee, and fresh fruits, making us feel right at home. We felt comfortable approaching him for anything we needed, and he generously shared his insights about the local area and the entire island.

Very friendly and easygoing host. Was there to greet me and provide assistance. Nice personal Interaction which was much appreciated. The rooms are by the sea with a nice common garden and sea view. At night the environment is quiet and I slept undisturbed. The purpose of my trip was kite surfing and the location is great for access to prasonissi. The rooms are traditional style and not particularly trendy or luxurious, but that was not an issue for me. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic place. Far from crowds and big hotels. Spaceful apartment, very well equipped (coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, pots, plates, etc. nothing was missing). Quiet and effective air conditioning (very much needed in July). Big bathroom with proper water pressure. Great location, just next to the beach (rocky) or I rather should write - private beach as there were not so many other people there. However if needed - there's a beach bar nearby as well. Lovely and helpful host - Manolis. He's always there to help you, ask if everything is fine or do you need anything, advice where to eat or simply bringing you some wine, dessert, local snacks and especially the morning coffee. The location is very good - you can easily explore southern part of the island (Parsonisiou, Agios Georgiou beach or the west coast) and it is still like 45min-1h drive from the northern part and its attractions). And of course own/rented car is very much needed in such place. It's around 8 min drive from Jennadi, small town with some some shops, bars and restaurants.
