Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο, που αυτό διευκολύνει πολύ όταν έχεις βαλίτσες. Υπήρχε εσπρεσιέρα και κάψουλες καφέ για το πρωινό. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πάρα πολύ καλή (κέντρο - ήσυχη γειτονιά ).

Δεν υπήρχε τοστιέρα. Ο φωτισμός είναι χαμηλός αν θες να βαφτείς.
