In had a 7 day stay in June 2024. From day 1 there was no internet. I reported issue and on day 3 the swapped modem and had 3 hours of internet. Unfortunately the next day up to date 7 check out we had no internet. W had no response or communication on why it wasn’t fixed. The internet was the major reason for booking this apartment as my husband needed reliable internet for work as we are from Australia and could not rely on our phones. When we checked out got a message advising us this was the first time it’s happened that the internet did not work. I later went through all their reviews and most of their reviews mentioned this ongoing issue about the internet. I saw a review even from Nov 22 advising no internet. Very annoying it’s been going on all this time and it wasn’t rectified and fixed as an urgent matter and they pretended it just happened. Who can watch tv when it’s in an other language so you rely on the tv internet to watch movies and you tube. When you a running a business this is an urgent matter and it should have been operating from 2022 and not still not working in 2024. Not happy as a paying guest to have this experience.

GRI was sent a video explaining the process of obtaining the keys etc. This was very convenient. Unless of course you are short on data, which is usually not a problem these days. The apartment was in a rather old block of flats, but the apartment itself was renovated and quite nice and comfortable.
There was an issue on the internet from the first day, that I communicated to the host. She (apparently) made some efforts to fix it, but it was not fixed by the time I left (stayed for 4 nights). To her defense, it was a weekend and a national celebration day. Thankfully, I wasn't there for work. The video had some instructions on how to use hot water for the shower. I followed them, but the water was not really hot, just a bit less cold than normal.
