L'emplacement dans la ville du côté marina, proche de l'animation.

Le contact avec le propriétaire fonctionne bien.par messagerie mais l'accueil est impersonnel. Les photos de l'appartement ne permettent pas de se rendre compte de sa dimension et de sa situation dans un ensemble d'autres appartements destinés à la location. Les voitures et motos se garent juste devant les appartements, ce qui peut provoquer du bruit le soir ou le matin La terrasse extérieure n'était pas privative et peu utilisable car sale. Cependant, des travaux sont en cours dans le quartier et les conditions seront peut-être meilleures quand ils seront terminés.
