ROCozy, plenty of room for a family with 2 kids. Didn't need all facilities but they were in good condition. Serres is also a quiet little town, perfect for a short stay. Lots of tavernas, cafes and bars downtown (30 mins walk from Puzzle Sweet Home). Some beautiful churches are also worth checking.
Some stray dogs and cats in the neighborhood but they seemed friendly.
ROGreat appartment in a quiet neighbourhood, with an excellent staff! We have stayed for one night (family with two kids) on our way to the Greek Islands, and the appartment was just what we needed. I highly recommend it!
