Am employee of the owner met us at the property and told us that we should not run the air conditioning when we were not in the house.It was 40 degrees Celsius inside and out. Turned the air conditioning on and waited for the house to cool ....... it never did . We could not sleep and had no place to go We contacted the employee with the problem , no resolution , no fix. He did not help. They did not want to help. The place was inhabitable .....a sauna .... terrible . We asked for alternative accommodations and they said they did not have any . Communication with the employee and owner was a disaster . The reply was we needed to take this up with booking.com. We could not stay the remainder of our stay ( 2 paid nights) and had to pay an additional 100 euros to stay in a hotel owned by the same owners . ( small town and full occupancy) We were treated terribly . Looking forward to the owner's reply .
