The apartment was true to photos. Bright, great space, good sized kitchen, large wardrobe, all the amenities needed for a long term stay. The apartment is located in an apartment complex; which has a few grocery stores, and a pharmacy downstairs. My flat had a nice size balcony. The contact person was very kind and easy to communicate with. Tenants must use a chip at the main entrance of the building, which is great for security. There is a small park and basketball/ football court downstairs where children play. The area is a good location - very close to the metro and City Mall. *I've attached photos from check-out.

I believe the person who met me at check-in was someone different to the person I communicated with online. She was quite cold in her demeanor and stand-offish, not hospitable. Despite me having a heavy suitcase, she walked ahead of me up the stairs - even though the key has a chip for the elevator. (The flat is on the second floor, but with a 20kg suitcase I do prefer to use the elevator) After I was settled, I heard her yelling at a couple who were leaving a next door apartment - and I was scared that maybe she would also shout at me at check-out. The wifi connection was poor. There was a bad smell from the bathroom, which spread through the apartment.

The host was super attentive, first of all. As for the apartment, it’s spacious, very clean. There is literally everything that you might need. 10/10, absolutely recommended.

There is nothing to like, please avoid this hotel

It is to aware other people, they will cancel your booking and will give to another person if you are checking in late like 10 pm, while on the app it is showing checkin time until 11:59 pm. At night 10 pm, where we will stay with wife and 9 months old kid and there also do not have any name board of the hotel at the location.
