Entry was easy once we received the door code. However, the code was not released until noon the day of check in and we were on a plane all day!! This made it rather stressful. Releasing the code 24 hours prior would have helped, they refused even though we explained our circumstances.

Ground floor room was rather rather dark and dingy. Only a small window that overlooked a parking lot. We tried to book a taxi to the airport the next morning. Website said to allow 2 hours prior to book. After filling out all our particulars and hitting submit, we were told you can't book between 11pm and 9am!! If we had known, we would have booked the night before. This restriction should be noted right up front on the initial website.

I liked everything but I needed the extra bed and it was not so comfortable with sheet and blanket
