the host didn't reply to our messages and phone calls once we arrived. no notice that he wasn't going to greet us. Booking was very helpful and refunded me for the night.

Outstanding location, friendly hosts, arranged for airport pickup. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped in easy walking distance to downtown. We easily rented a car right across the street. We would definitely stay again!

The suites were exactly as shown in the website. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Hotel is located very near to the port which made it easy for us arriving & departing via ferry. There are restaurants just around the corner of our suites.

The bathroom design in one of our suites can be hazardous as there are steps to the shower area. The steps are slippery when wet and there are no proper handle to provide support.
