Apartment on Avlabari turn 4

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transportation. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

No issues

A really well located apartment, close to the city centre, 1 minute from a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy, 2 minutes from the meteor shower station Avlabari. Self check in, communication easy. You can tell it’s newly renovated, very nice facilities, has a kitchen with a nice DeLonghi espresso machine, has everything you need. We didn’t cook so not sure about that but for a quick snack there’s everything you need. Has a washer and dryer, very handy. Apartment is on the first floor, so you don’t need to drag your luggage up some stairs. We had a really good time, would definitely recommend!

The bathroom sink is placed quite high so it might be difficult for some people to reach it well. Also the bathroom doesn’t have a window and gets steamy really fast.

Very nice apartment in the heart of the city, close to the subway station. The host is incredible and very responsive — he even met my parents at the airport, which was extremely kind and helpful. The price is excellent for the value this apartment offers. Highly recommended.

Nothing wrong, exceeded expectations.

Great stay in an excellent location! The apartment is very clean and looks like new, has two spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with washing and drying machines. It’s in excellent condition and very convenient—close to shops, the Avlabary metro, and the bazaar. The owner was very responsive to all our requests and provided clear instructions for fast check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Квартира соответствует фотографиям. Было все необходимое, очень чисто и уютно. Расположение прекрасное. Хозяин замечательный человек. Рекомендую данные апартаменты от всего сердца.

Das Appartement war hervorragend. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Zwei Schlafzimmer auf zwei Ebenen. Alles sehr hochwertig. Kaffeemaschine DeLonghi für top Genuß. Wir kommen gerne nochmal.

- Clean - Working Stoves - Working Washing Machine - Kitchen utensils were available - AC was working fine - Nice view of the church from window - Near to European Square - Near to Avalbari Metro station - Next metro station is Freedom Square - sufficient towels

- Top most con is the apartment is on 5th floor, so if you have a lot of luggage and kid, I wouldn’t recommend - No Shower gels and shampoo
