great location and host, good value for money, I stayed alone but it can be nice for 3-4 people easy.

A very cozy authentic old-town apartment, where you feel as if you have returned to childhood. High ceilings, wooden floor, large windows, soft beds - everything you need for a great relax in the most wonderful place in Georgia.

Very comfortable and in a great location close to the train station and many stores. Spacious and with useful appliances for cooking and laundry. It was difficult to find, but the host found us and showed us where to go. He also gave us a bottle of wine! Great value! Highly recommend!

There were many winged ants in the room. We didn't know where they came from, but most accumulated in the sink. They didn't sting, but it was a bit annoying.

Great location, very clean room, hot shower, very good price

Quite dated and beds need to be replaced, they are so old it's painful to sleep on them unfortunately.. Also there is no double bed, there are 2 single beds pushed together instead.
