"great location, good value for money, and you've got everything you need in the apartment"

"Good choice for Batum"

Room was good and equipped as described. Host was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to communicate when check-in & check-out. Location was close to the center and the apartment is in the walking distance. There are many restaurants and grocery markets around the apartment. View from balcony is nice, it has sea and lake view. Recommended.

Good and easy communication. Parking is free. Have anything for cooking and washing clothes. Good view. Everything is around. Recommend.
