Просторная квартира за очень хорошую цену. Мы заехали вчетвером и места хватило всем и мы не ютились. Есть все удобства, стиральная машина, кухня, горячая вода(это важно). Арендодатель очень приятный и приветливый мужчина. Обязательно заедем еще

Небольшой запах в квартире, думаю, что не проветривалось Диван в зале не очень удобный для сна

The apartment is simple, but clean, spacious and comfortable with a lovely terrace. The owner Alexander was kind and friendly. The location is on the main street of Kutaisi (Rustaveli Ave), but there is hardly any traffic noise.

Noisy neighbors late at night in the apartment behind the bedroom wall. Despite enjoying the apartment and the terrace, I left days earlier because I could not properly rest there.
