The lady managing the place appears to be very helpful and attentive to guests' needs. Overall, the location of the hotel is perfect with easy access to the metro station, tour operators, and various amenities. The Wi-Fi is reliable, and hot water is available 24/7.

There are a few drawbacks to consider. Breakfast in not part of package. Bottled water provided was used (bottles were already open). Despite claiming to have an elevator, it doesn't reach the apartment floor, resulting in a challenging climb up three flights of dark and worn-out stairs. The property's location marked on booking.com is incorrect, leading to confusion and the need to ask for directions upon arrival. Cleaning is not included in the booking, although the lady did clean the apartment once after we requested it. Toiletries are not provided as advertised, with only a single toilet roll and garbage bag given for an 8-night stay. The lack of a shower curtain makes the bathroom dirty, and the absence of an A/C in the bedroom can make it uncomfortably warm during the summer. Thin curtains allow excessive sunlight into the rooms, disturbing sleep. Noise from neighbors and the street is easily heard due to thin walls, and power outages can occur in the building. In conclusion, while the hotel has its advantages in terms of location, the inconveniences such as the lack of elevator access, incorrect location information, lack of breakfast, lack of cleaning, limited toiletries, and other mentioned issues should be taken into consideration before making a booking decision.
