Great location and amazing view from balconies, comfortable and Causey, all was very good. Many good restaurants/bars and coffee shops around.

Many stairs to reach the destination but each stair is worth the effort of the place and the view.

The flat is well equipped and clean. The highlight is certainly the balcony from which you have a sensational view of Tbilisi. You can just sit there and let the atmosphere of the city take effect on The direct location in the old town makes it difficult to get there by car and you should be aware that you will have to park further away. But that is doable. We parked the car on the other bank. you.

You live in a neighbourhood that is heavily frequented by tourists, so it can be very noisy at night. So not for sensitive sleepers
