Solo Room Apartment

Чистая квартира! Белье было кипельно белое и выглаженное. Сантехника блистела. Хозяин продумал всё для комфортного проживания. Мы остались довольны! Спасибо большое!

The convenient location, very peaceful place

Twice water supply has been interrupted, but it is not the problem of the property. The owner has informed us about this issue in advance.

Everything was perfect, wifi worked properly, everything was clean. I visited Tbilisi when it was cold and raining but at the appartment the heating worked very well. For me it was the best accommodation in Georgia.

The apartment is well located good for a short stay

The apartment stay could be better , I didn't like the fact that was no mattress cover , not a cleaning product to sanityze and 1 toilet paper roll . The host was not friendly when asking travel informations as a host you have also responsibility to answer basic informations Price was OK

Very convenient location, not too far from the centre, but far away enough to have a restful undisturbed sleep. The studio was spacious and nicely decorated with an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Basic appliances included for a longer stay, i.e. fridge, washer, kettle. Loved the character of the building and the comms with the owner made the whole stay comfortable too.

The bed was a bit soft for my liking, would suggest a new mattress.

The entire studio set up was nice

The mattress wasn’t that great. Could have been of better quality to get quality sleep.

The host is kind and supportive.

The room is supposedly with balcony, but it doesn't have one.
