Excellent location right in the city centre, with everything reachable on foot. Communication was smooth and straightforward: we received all relevant info in advance (key box pickup, check-out, WiFi, exact address), so the self check-in worked without any issues. The air conditioning was strong and worked reliably.

Cleanliness was a serious problem. The floor was so dirty that our feet turned black within seconds of walking barefoot after a shower. The duvet covers felt grimy and unpleasant to sleep under. We also spotted a cockroach, which on its own would be forgivable, but combined with the rest it pointed to a flat that simply isn't properly cleaned between guests. The apartment is on a lower ground floor with windows at pavement level, which made it quite dark and meant passers-by could look straight in if the windows were open.
