Прекрасная хозяйка - Тина. Очень доброжелательная и внимательная. В ванной с запасом принадлежности для душа. Есть стиральная машина, все моющие и чистящие средства в наличии. Набор посуды для большой семьи. Посуда и для приготовления - все нужные позиции. Отличные две односпальные кровати в одной комнате и большая двуспальная кровать в отдельной спальне. На кухне мягкая зона - диванчик и банкетка с обеденным столом. Очень уютные апартаменты. Очень удобное размещение апартаментов - самый центр старого Тбилиси. За минуту можно дойти до площади свободы. В пешей доступности фуникулер и Ботанический сад. Сами апартаменты расположены на первом этаже- огромное преимущество для туристов с чемоданами. И с другой стороны он высокий - в окна никто не заглянет.

I had a very comfortable stay at this property. Although my check-in time was later, I requested to enter the house early in the morning at 7 AM, and the host kindly accommodated my request without asking for any extra charge. Throughout my stay, the host was in regular contact, checking in daily to make sure everything was going well and asking if I needed anything—without me having to ask first. Their warm, kind, and attentive attitude truly made a difference, and I am very grateful for that. The location of the apartment is excellent—just a 1-minute walk from Liberty Square and very close to the city center. We were able to reach everywhere easily. I highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time! The apartment was great, the beds were awesome, and the location was perfect—everything was just a 5-minute walk away. The owner was lovely the whole time.

The apartment for the 3 people group was perfect, it was good space, beds comfortable, and all services utilities worked perfectly. Besides the location was perfect for getting around the city. Additionally the service, attention and support of Tina at all moments was super good no matter the hour! :)
