Perfect location Modern apartment with all the amenities you need, very clean and great host, nothing too much trouble .

Could be slightly noisy (creaking floorboards above, shop/restaurant outside starts music quite early in the morning) but can be expected given location

Great location, in the hart of the town, on a very nice street, with a very good restaurant downstairs, and at the same time a very quite location. The owner was very nice, meet with us around midnight when we arrived and gave us a lot of support during our stay. The apartment was clean and chic,, perfect for us. Highly recommend is you would like to enjoy the night life and also enjoy a swim in the sea at a close beach bar.

Our stay at NV Luxury Residence exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked, and the host was very helpful and guided us to the apartment personally for the key exchange. Even though its location is in the central car free area of old town, it was very quiet at night but close to everything. We would definitely stay at NV Luxury Residence again.

Brilliant location, very comfortable (good a/c) and Nic (the owner) was there to meet us at 2200, show us around and answer any questions we had. We were a family of 4 with 2 boys in their 20s and it worked for us.

We had a wonderful stay in Corfu, and one of the highlights was being warmly welcomed by Nick. He met us on arrival, helped with our luggage, and walked us to the very central yet tucked-away apartment. A true gentleman, he also took the time to offer great restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and spacious—perfect for unwinding after five weeks of travel. We were especially grateful to be able to do some laundry during our stay. The only downside was the difficulty we had getting consistent hot water, which made showering a bit of a challenge. Additionally, staying in the ground floor apartment meant we occasionally heard noise from the guests above. Overall, though, the location was unbeatable and the apartment was a comfortable, well-maintained base for exploring Corfu. We’d happily recommend it!
