Callista Villa

Everything - paradise on earth - a bucket list must! Elena is an exceptional host and really went the extra mile to make our holiday perfect. She truly understands what holiday makers need and nothing was too much trouble. I honestly can't recommend this villa and its host highly enough, a genuinely first class holiday worth every penny. I would go back in a heart beat!

Kitchen is separate from the rest and very small. Living room is actually a bedroom.

We loved that it was tucked away from the tourist-heavy stretch—the villa was located at a dead end and we didn’t see anyone else walk past during our stay. It had incredible uninterrupted views—lovely to sit in the hot tub looking out. It was nice to have access to a kitchen. We have three kids and put one on the single bed in back bedroom, other two kids on the two single beds in the living area (separate bathroom off the lounge), and my husband and I took the double with en-suite. Staff were all lovely to deal with and it was so nice to have assistance with carrying the bags to the property. We had a cheap and delicious lunch at Santo Souvlaki after check out and then a taxi collected us from there to take us to the airport. One of Callista Villa’s staff appeared from no where to assist with carrying and loading our bags into the taxi after our lunch. Amazing and seamless service! Highly recommend

Would love some sort of drying rack to hang up swim suits etc.

The view and hotel was amazing and the rooms were very spacious and well maintained! Very close to the sun set view points and blue domes. The staff was very helpful and even carried the bags for us which was challenging with two kids. I will definetly stay at this property again.

Anastasia welcomed us warmly upon arrival — she personally handed us the keys and helped us with our luggage, which was really appreciated after a long trip. The apartment is also in a very good location, perfect for exploring the city and close to everything we needed.

Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by several serious issues: - There was loud construction work happening right next to the building, making it hard to rest or relax, especially with children. - The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and didn’t feel hygienic. - Some of our personal belongings were thrown away by the staff without our permission, which was extremely upsetting. - In the middle of our stay, our reservation was unexpectedly marked as a “no-show,” creating confusion and unnecessary stress. - We had no way to reach the villa management directly when these issues came up, which left us feeling unsupported. - Communication was poor throughout, with no clear or timely information provided. What started as a promising stay unfortunately turned into a stressful experience. I hope the host and property management improve on these points, especially for families staying in the future.

Location was excellent. Near sunset point, restaurants and market. The most unique, and picturesque place we have ever stayed at. The most relaxing place, to take in the beautiful views. The kitchen being on the outside of the main sleeping quarters was a plus. There was no need to tackle the crew ship crowds during the day. Venturing out in the evening to shop and go for dinner was peaceful.

This was a wonderful cave house experience, with a fantastic location just steps from the main footpath with all of the shops and restaurants. A few minutes walk to the castle and steps to Amoudi Bay. The caldera view from the villa was incredible, and the villa still felt plenty quiet and private. The house was very clean and well maintained and comfortable. The host was wonderful about coordinating check in and check out, including a porter to help move the luggage from where the cars drop off. So thoughtfully done from start to finish! Highly recommend for a quintessential stay in Oia!

Elena has come to introduce the suite and pick the key, she is very nice and provide good service. There is sea view in front of the suite, but you cannot see the sunset. The location is excellent and you can reach the three domes photo view in 5-7 minutes.

the bathing area does not have enough cover to shelter the water, the floor and wall will be wet during bathing. The kitchen is outside the living room of the suite.
