NIMA1 4 bedroom apt centraly located in Rethimno

Everything was clean and neat & the layout was perfect. We had 7 people comfortably fit. Perfect place.

I like all the rooms, the bathrooms, the washer was a good bonus. The owners had all kinds of goodies in the kitchen for us. There's a handy supermarket across the street. Very convenient.

The beds where a little hard but I don't think it's a deal breaker. Everything was great.

Went there for holidays, big company, 7 adults and an infant. Very clean, comfortable, all the necessary amenities and even more, facilities for the child as well, for sitting, sleeping, bathing or prepping the food. Good central location, right opposite a mini market. As a bonus we had good service from Maria. (and a complementary homemade dessert!) Happened to call her several times and she was helpful every single time, thank you.

Very clean. Good quality linens. Comfortable beds. Modern decor. Everything ran well. Thoughtfulness of host - extra touches like desserts, fruits, appetizers. Apartment exceeded our expectations!

We have no complaints. It was a terrific place you stay. We were delighted.

Everything and the host approach mostly

An amazing apartment, very clean with new electric devices and furniture as well as spacious balconies

It's really near to the city center, the rooms are really big and comfy. The woman who waited for us was really sweet and flexible with our check-in and out. The house has big balconies too. The kitchen has really everything supplies what you need. Every room has air conditioning. There is a little shop right next to the house, and you have bigger shops also 5-10 minutes away on foot too.

You have to know that you have neighbours near, so if you're going with friends, you have to keep quite or go to the city in the "siesta time" in the afternoon, and after 23:00 till 07:00. Also you only get one key, so you have to be really organised with a bigger group to not lock out (or in) somebody.

There are no words to explain how amazing our stay was! I run hotels for a living so I am extremely picky. The house was spotless (I actively went through it cause I could not believe how clean it was!). Everything is brand new. The apartment has been completely renovated a few months ago. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook proper meals not just a snack. The wifi is really fast (it was 6 of us all working and connecting to servers at the same time and we had no issue). The area felt very safe and the closed parking space right across the apartment is a life saver. The apartment is also super close to everything you might need. 7' walk to the old town, 12' walk to the sea, supermarket across the street, bakery and more on the street above! I really have no complaints neither did my fellow colleagues. Lena (the managing host) and Maria (the owner) are the sweetest people ever and always a phone call away to help you with everything you might need. Maria made sure we had a few things to snack on when checking in and also brought us a vanilla and chocolate cake her mom made (yumm!).We loved the apartment and it will definitely be my go to place whenever I'm going to Rethymno on business or on vacation. Can't wait to go back.
