I like de location, the location is excellent and it has air conditioning. Kostantinos is very communicative and kind.

I didn't like the shower. The shower wets the door and does not wet the person who wants to take a bath. It would seem that you are in the wrong place and it is not comfortable to take a bath like that. There is no sink in the bathroom 🥹

Very helpful, polite staff, nice, clean rooms. Very close to Oia center bus stop. 5 minutes walk to center. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

It was a great place to stay. The location was great, right behind the main bus station (yet very quite and peaceful) and a mini supermarket. It is not a cave house or at the sea front but castle, blue domes church, windmills all are at a few minutes walk. It has one master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms (one in attic). A nice lounge and decently equipped kitchen. Rooms are decorated artistically. Roof is also accessable with a view on the other side of the beach. Hot Jacuzzi was available all the time in the small patio in the front. It has two air conditioners (lounge and master bedroom). I visited in winters so heating was adequate but not sure about summers. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, available via call/chat all the time. A great value for money. Highly recommended.

There was nothing major to dislike. However it is an old house so don't expect a very luxary cave house. It is not as shiny as it looks in pictures and floors need some cleaning/maintenance. There is only one bathroom (a big one though) with two wash basins. Still very nice place.

The rooms are clean, beautiful and really cozy. The view from the terrace is amazing and you can see the eastern side of Oia. The owner was also very friendly and helpful.
