Soula's Sunshine Green Apartment

We were there three days ago. When we entered the studio we felt stale air, not even the trash can was thrown out. The washing machine was missing from the description. It was dark in the bedroom. There was no hot water in the bathroom in the morning and in the evening! The air conditioner was not working and the temperature was 33°C. I think that the price does not correspond to the accommodations in the studio.

Nice village. The room is close to a playground and to the beach - perfect for small children. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are comfortable couches in the "living room". The bathroom has the perfect shower.

Hot water is from sun boiler - it is common in Greece, but I personally don't like this option. One day we run out of hot water and I called our host who immediately switched on an electrical boiler. The bedroom is inside the studio and has no direct access to fresh air. The bathroom is rather tight - it was a little bit hard for me to pass through it with my 4-y old child. Something that is not depending on the hosts - there are a lot of stray dogs in the village. The animals are friendly, though big and could scare a little child, because the dogs come often to the door to seek food. There are also a lot of dog poops on the beach.

Soula is a wonderful host and her apartment is super clean, cosy and has everything you need for a good vacation. The location is great, if you would like to get away from the busy streets of Kavala and enjoy some peace and quiet in Nea Karvali. Apartment is located very close to the beach, it has everything you need to prepare a meal and enjoy some coffee or tea. Overall a great experience and I will definitely visit again.

The host welcomed us warmly and gave us a gift upon departure. The apartment was large, clean and beautiful! It was just a few steps away from the beach too! The host had large umbrellas and deckchairs for the guests too.

Great place, very calm and charming village, perfect location for families with children. We've had a perfect stay!
