Locatia este foarte curata, ofera loc de parcare in fata proprietatii, este aproape de plaja si te poti odihni cum trebuie, chiar exista si rulouri la ferestre pentru a putea face intuneric in camera. Apartamentul este foarte spatios.

Un dezavantaj este faptul ca exista o singura baie ce poate fi folosita de toate cele 3 camere.
