Everything, apart from air conditioning it was very old and didn’t work really and could be upgraded in our room anyways but other than that 10/10 experience

Air con :(

The room was spacious with great facilities, everything you would need! The bed was comfortable, very clean and the air con was brilliant, we had a balcony with a lovely view as well! Location was great, just a short walk to the beach and down to the main road with all the restaurants and there is a shop next door which is perfect as well! The pool was great with plenty of sun lounges and a small cafe next to it! The staff were super friendly and very helpful, waited for us to arrive and came in to change sheets and towels every day. Would highly recommend staying here!!

The rooms were matching well with the photos on Booking, rather modern, very clean. Enough space for 2 people. It was cleaned daily. The kitchen had a kettle, toaster, stove, and some cutlery. Location is very quiet, even though it is 2 minutes walk from the main street with all restaurants and cafes. Also very close to the beach. Small supermarket owned by the hosts' family was located nearly at the territory of the hotel where we could buy something for breakfast, shampoos, drinks and also things for the beach. However, this is not a big supermarket where you can buy ingredients to cook proper dinner, for example. The pool area was also nice to relax on the very hot day.

Check-in was bit messy as there is no reception as such. Taxi dropped us off at the cafe, however, noone really could help us to find the host at first. Still, with the support of the shop owner, we managed to find the host and check-in. Didn't take long, but better instructions prior would have been very appreciated.

Good location, friendly and helpfull Staff. In the closest are there lot of good beaches and restaurants.

Wonderful experience! The place was very clean (every day cleaning included!) Also, there are nice a pool and restaurant with good menu. The location is close to the beach, supermarket, bus station, Faliraki centre and all restaurants. The communication with administrators was perfect)

The property is in a great location, close enough but out of the action! The rooms are very nice and very comfortable. The staff are really nice and the room is cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen.

We heard neighbours talking loudly at night. Some days only cold water came out of the shower.

very good hosts, bed linen changed every morning, clean apartment, great location, 10 minutes' walk from the center. Excellent swimming pool, ideal for children. we will definitely be back
