Max Blue apartment, a stay like no other

Everything!!. it's an amazing place, in an excellent location, with all the amenities in the local area. The property has everything you need for your stay plus extra.. It's so close to the port plus the marina!. We will be booking for a week next time for sure..

Everything was perfect. The apartment is close to the shops,restaurants,the port and the beach. The apartment was fully equipped,clean, and beautiful. The owner was very kind and helpful.

The apartment was very nice and clean, corresponded entirely to the photos, and was prepared even some hours before the promised check-in. The key box was a bit tricky and needed a bit of adjusting, but eventually, we got it open.

’The stay’ was, indeed, ’like nothing else,’ as it is advertised, although the irony behind the name became understandable only afterward. I’ve been using booking.com for years now and had all kinds of experiences, but this one was something new. So, one moment I receive a message from the owner that in order to ensure the reservation I made months ago, click to continue, and a sum from my account is being reserved. All right, this seems like a standard procedure, but after a while, the reserved amounts (since I accidentally confirmed that twice) are gone from my account, and when I turned to booking.com customer service, they know nothing about those transfers. As it turns out, the money was directed outside booking.com system. Booking.com customer service promised me to ’take it very seriously’, although so far there’s no solution. The owner, however, initially denies that he has anything to do with money transfers since this is all handled by booking.com, after a direct question,’how on earth is it possible to receive a message from you without any of your knowledge’ replies that he will explain his affairs only to booking.com, and that’s the situation now. No apologies, nothing. So, staying there was nice, but all that fuzz around it (dealing with booking.com customer service + contacting my bank + new credit cards to avoid possible scams + paying triple + dealing with the police – and this is not yet finished) makes it really hard to recommend the place to anyone. If you have to stay there, be careful with payments. It may be that all of this has a simple explanation and I should reassess my negative review, but at the moment this is what I know and where I stand.

The place is super comfortable, clean and spacious, close to the Pireu marina, restaurants, shops, etc. There is free street parking in the area. Instructions were clear, good communication during our stay.

They don't issue an invoice. We asked several times and they kept postponing us. This should be communicated clearly at the time of the booking. It is a pity that owners create such inconvenience that does not do justice to this place.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is located close to the port & shops, but we were most impressed with the apartment itself & wished we could stay longer. It was clean, spacious & extremely comfortable.

Super easy instructions on how to complete self check in. Apartment itself was clean and spacious. Pull out couch was even comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay.
