The mini apartment is a relatively short distance from the airport (about 15 minutes away by car), thus making it a great option for a layover for anyone traveling through Athens. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen, well-equipped for a short stay (with a fridge, hob, microwave). The bed was reasonably comfortable. The owners arranged transportation from/to the airport, thereby alleviating the hassle of having to take care of that.

There is only a single restaurant within a short walking distance. Therefore, the options for anyone wishing to eat out are limited. Allegedly, there are additional restaurants within a 15~30 minute walk, but I didn't check that,

Wonderful although very short, it was a good location close to the airport in a lovely neighbourhood. The room is cosy and super clean, with a lovely view of the ocean, and the hosts are excellent. Communication was great, and I so appreciated the transfer to and from the airport, which was seamless. Felt at home. Very recommended!
