Kiotari Beach Apartments

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They were happy to lend us an iron. The rooms are very close to the beach. Not a busy area. It was quite during our stay The beach is very close to the rooms. There are also some beachside restaurants and cafes in the proximity. Parking area is close to the rooms. Aircon was working fine. Room was clean.

The room had ants that seemed to enjoy climbing up the wall and on my mattress. I would wake up counting how many I squashed while sleeping. It was a bit annoying trying to sleep you could feel some of them walking on your skin.  Small shower with just a curtain and no skirtings. It was difficult not to make a mess by spilling water out of the shower area. Lighting could be improved throughout the room. There are no free sockets by the bedside tables, unless you unplug the bedside lamps. Beds are not bad, but are not comfy either. No toiletries. Having some small bottles of shower gel / shampoo does not cost much and is much appreciated. Since tap water is not potable, a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival would be nice. Studio door has a gap on its bottom, which needs to be sealed. One night we found a baby country mouse that was probably trying to avoid the cats that live around the garden.

Vfm. You definitely get what you pay for. Easygoing and chill vibes. A classic "room to let" to spend some days while being in this part of the Island. Everything's was fine and as expected. No luxury here but didn't expect that in this price range Which was definitely VFM. Great thing that there was parking space for my motorcycle in proximity to the room. If you're outgoing and social you'll make some new friends here.

Bathroom amenities and lighting could be better but is was OK.

Wonderful quiet and geniune place. Anja was sweet and helpful and the stay was truly lovely

Friendly owner, great location, good value!!

I think the only thing that was missing was maybe a small welcome pack, for example, a bottle of water and, facilities to make 1 coffee. Other than that the place was lovely!
