Good location, a block from the harbor. Very clean and lots of extra touches.

This property is a little gem in the heart of Lefkada Town. We wanted to be here so that we could explore both sides of the island. We were met by the host who was very friendly and happy to give us lots of local info. The property itself is very airy, clean and tidy. It is minimalist but has everything you need. The decor is lovely and the shower is very good. The host's Art adorns the walls and brings a personal touch. The location is the best feature. It is tucked away in the back alley ways and resembles the quiet cobbled streets in Venice. However, it is literally a 3 min walk to the action - the main road with all the tavernas, restaurants and nightlife. Similarly, it is 1 minute to the waterfront in the other direction, which has the bigger restaurants and is a bit more touristy in our view. Although you are close to the action, you cannot hear any of the noise from Hellenes House which is great. The shops are very good and there is no hard sell. The spread of tourists is wide with lots of Greeks, Albanians, Italians and some other Europeans. All in all, this was a great location, very comfortable and quaint and we really enjoyed staying here.

Hellenes House liegt sehr zentral und denoch ruhig.Wir wurden durch die Vermieterin Eleni begrüßt und sie hat einem alles gezeigt was wichtig ist.Im Kühlschrank war ausreichend Trinkwasser dafür Daumen hoch,und außerdem gab es noch Kuchen zur Begrüßung. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und auch sonst war alles am Start. Eleni war eine super Gastgeberin die auch immer ansprechbar war ,sie hat uns prima geholfen Danke nochmals dafür.

In der Straße waren Schrottimobielien und jede Menge Katzen (Katzen hinterlassenschaften)
