Excellent location right in the center of Heraklion, very friendly and welcoming host. Fairly well furnished and clean.

There was just a tad of tobacco smell in the apartment.

The location was excellent. The apartment is near to the main eating and shopping areas in Heraklion. It is an easy walk to the harbor, several museums and local transportation. Very cool and local neighborhood on the side streets (fish market, produce stalls and a grocery store, etc). I very much appreciated that the owner Iraklis was so attentive and kind. He checked in to make sure I got into the apartment. He also provided some excellent suggestions for places to eat. The apartment is very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Good air conditioning and a really great shower. It was very relaxing to sit on the terrace and enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Kliklis Apartment if you are traveling to Heraklion.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer!

The appartement is big, light and clean. The little balcony is on the market, literally. Once inside the building, yiu have to climb up a lot of stairs. It's not too bad. To get into the property you have to get into a shop first, which is just pretty, I loved it. The owner of the apartment is very responsive, he looks after is guests constantly, sending messages to check on them. In the kitchen there is al the necessary to prepare a meal, whatever you would fancy. The flat is very hot and AC helps a lot. The owner of the shop is a friendly middle aged man who suggested us where to go for dinner and which beaches to visit. We had long conversations about anything. Parking: if you've got a car, there are plenty private parking places with reasonable prices but, if you want to spare some money, look around, you're gonna find a free parking spot. In one week we spent only 5€ in total. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

As other guests already said, there is a lot of noise coming from the outside. It happened that we had loud music till 4 am. Apart from that, I can't complain. Above the flat there is a terrace, sometimes the door is not properly closed and, due to the wind, it bangs. Nothing major, we just went up and closed it once and for all.
