The Seasons of Nickolas è una struttura molto curata e accogliente, dotata di parcheggio privato gratuito e vicinissima al centro di Agia Efimia. Le stanze sono spaziose e colorate, davvero carine. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la pulizia quotidiana e il cambio frequente della biancheria. Akis, il padrone di casa, è una persona molto simpatica e premurosa, ti sorprende con deliziosi aperitivi a sorpresa ed è sempre a disposizione per ogni necessità o per suggerimenti sulle spiagge più belle da visitare o le taverne migliori dove mangiare. L'atmosfera cordiale ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Consigliatissimo!!!

Akis has a beautiful house in agia effimia. The house is big enough for 2 people (4ppl would be difficult), 1 or 2 children would be fine too. House is very well equipped - sofa to chill, nets against mosquitoes, kitchen to cook, 2 spacious bedrooms with ACs, bjg cabinet for clothes. House was perfectly clean. Comfy big beds. House has also a terrace where you can sit but mosquitoes and bees make it difficult to eat outside. Location- less than 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and centre with restaurants and cafes (but note agia village is very very small). Village has quite many restaurants and some cafes, at least 2 bakeries, also a butcher, some not so great and expensive supermarkets. Beach - there is a beach in the small port which could be used in worst case but its better to drive with car to other beautiful beaches ( Myrtos is 15mins by car and best beach), there are beaches like 15mins walk from the accommodation but next to the road, not the best comparing to what we saw in kefalonia. Highly recommend renting a car. Akis is a great host. He was so nice and helpful. We loved him.

The house is next to the main street going to the villiage so its quite busy for kefalonia (otherwise not busy comparing to cities) but dont expect peaceful quiet environment. The view to the mountains is covered with trees in the garden and roof which is pitty. No sea view. Kitchen could have bit better equipment - better frying pans, cutting board, better knife.

Niezwykła gościnność i grecka uprzejmość właściciela, który zadbał o każdy szczegół naszego pobytu. To był czas pełen słonecznych chwil, które zapewniła nam cudowna okolica, oraz niespodzianki, które czekały w pokoju po powrotach. W nich lokalne wino i przekąski. To były błogie chwile, do których wciąż wracamy myślami.

1. Very clean room. 2. Large space. 3. Excellent location—it’s centrally located—you can easily get to all the island's most important places to see quickly.

1. The road in front of the apartments is busy, so it’s pretty noisy. 2. The shower is tight and my elbows were touching the curtain when I showered. 3. I felt uncomfortable with our last encounter with the owner. When we were checking out, he said it was his tradition to give some sweetened yogurt to his guests. When we sat down to eat it, he asked us to give him a good review. Then, a few minutes later when I was paying, he said, “I trust that you’ll give me a good review.” He was trying to pressure us to give him a high review which I feel is not appropriate. But I tried to be as fair about the property with this review as possible.
