Good backyard, space rooms, clean, best location

The room had 2 beds, but it said 3 when we booked it.

Fabulous location right by the shore. Lovely outdoor areas.

Pretty basic facilities in the apartment, particularly in the kitchen.

The garden is very pretty with a beautiful sea view, plenty of shade and seating options in it and the apartment while far from modern has a certain rustic charm to it. The sea is literally just there. Excellent price. Despite the less than optimal sea entrance, the location is good and the main Kala Nera beach is close enough to walk to in 5-10 minutes, is in decent shape and even has wheelchair access, so it isn't a deal breaker if you don't like or can't go driving to other beaches, though if you can drive I definitely recommend visiting Kallifteri beach (near Afissos, around 10-15 minutes away by car) and if you don't mind a lot of stairs without railings, the Lagoudi beach right next to it is very pretty. The pictures of apartment are accurate.

Three things: 1. The house sea entrance is neither comfortable nor pretty. There are sea urchins in the water near the edge and it is not accessible in any sense to anyone who has difficulty keeping their balance or difficulty walking. Me and my sister swam there once, but our parents couldn't enter the water safely. 2. The description said 1 double & 2 single beds. The apartment instead had 2 double beds, of which the one on the ground floor can barely be qualified as such, being too narrow, maybe 130cm at maximum I think. It could possibly fit two children, but two full adults never comfortably. The only reason we didn't make much of an issue of this is that I suspected the description is not accurate based of pictures of the specific apartment and have brought an inflatable bed just in case I was right. 3. The AC has no option we could see to point the fan toward the ceiling or similar and due to positioning of the furniture and no space to put the bottom bed elsewhere, blew cold air directly at the bottom bed. While it wasn't much of an issue due to us being there in September and the temperature being pleasant, I can see how this would be a nightmare in a sweltering heat.

View is beautiful

No nameplate on the entrance wall, making it difficult to find. No reception, even though it was indicated at what time we would arrive The furnishings are very outdated During a 7-day stay, cleaning was only done once, and we had to ask for towels the reviews on the site do not correspond to reality

Very close to the sea

Great location with beautiful garden going straight to the sea. Spacious apartment, equipped kitchen Pet friendly, our dog enjoyed the garden, too
