Liostasi Retreat

The room was great with all we needed. We loved the balconies and the great view to the lake. The location is also great to anywhere in the island. The breakfast included it’s very helpful and it is generally very good. Staff is super friendly and helpful. (Really appreciated the late checkout at last minute) We loved our stay at Liostasi and Kefalonia !

Would recommend a refurbish in the toilets but that’s the only thing I can point out.

Outstanding staff 👏 Our car had some problems and everyone there was kind and helped us find a service / rent a car / call for taxi. Clean room, well equipped. There is a nice restaurat and bar on the premises. We had some drinks and enjoyed the sea view.

~ 10 min of walking (by foot) uphill when returning from the city center

Amazing buffet breakfast of yogurt, fruits, pies, pastries, pound cake, cheeses and tomatoes! Eaten in a beaufiful courtyard setting overlookig the town and the water.

Not possible that anything could have been better!

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MORE DEDICATED STAFF THAT TAKES SUCH PRIDE IN THE PROPERTY AND TAKING CARE OF THEIR GUESTS!

Everything was excellent! The breakfast was just right! The rooms were great and the view was AMAZING!

Friendly welcome with cold drinks, super hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Glorious setting and views. Breakfast full and varied, topped up constantly.

Didn’t hire a car, and it’s a bit of a climb up and down to town- took wrong road a few times!

Set in a lovely quiet location with beautiful views. 15 minute walk downhill to town centre. Very friendly and welcoming hosts and team. Apartments were very pleasant, clean inside and out. Comfortable bed. An enjoyable fresh produce buffet breakfast could be taken outside in the garden. There was also an exceptional restaurant overlooking the sea. Would definitely recommend both.

It was difficult to find but can be found on Google maps with restaurant name “Olea Kouzinaki”

The hosts were amazing!! Giannis, his wife and his staff were incredibly accommodating, kind, thoughtful, sweet and just amazing. The location is nice and the view is stunning. The place was spotless, lovely breakfast and the property was very well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was Giannis restaurant! One of the most amazing restaurants we have ever been to. The food at the restaurant was incredible and good value for money.

Beds were a little hard. Not bad but slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, nothing negative to say.
