The studio is well-equipped with modern furnishings. While it is slightly smaller than anticipated, the picturesque view compensates for this. The host was welcoming and provided a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival.

There seems to be an issue with the shower drainage, and it is positioned quite low. Additionally, I there is no shower curtain. The Wifi was connecting and disconnecting.

Mrs Smaro and her sister Katerina looked after us really well. Nothing was any trouble, lovely people lovely place 😃🇬🇷👌

Excellent Location.

Nice and cosy, perfect location

Location is very good. The fine sandy beach is just in front of you. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. A supermarket is in 5 mins walking distance. Bus stops to and from Thessaloniki very near as well. From the pier there is a boat connection to the city in the summermonths. Lots of other services nearby, too. Great views from the balcony. The room itself is basic but with everything needed.

There's no lift and the rooms are two flights up so this is not good for persons with mobility issues. I had read about this in the feedbacks and it was ok for me. As I arrived there was a plastic mat on the showerfloor which had a lot of long black hair in it. Hair were also lying on the bathroom side floor. My impression was that the shower space was not cleaned well. After the hosts' answer here under I have to add that I mentioned about the mat right away to the hosts' husband while he was visiting to look after another minor thing in the room and he took the mat with him. If he told about it to the hosts I don't know. If you want a peaceful and quiet enviroment then this is not a place for you. The only totally quiet moment was early in the mornings. During the day and evening there is a constant chatter and music. At the weekend there is a DJ playing downstairs until 1am and although the balcony door is well isolating it couldn't keep the bass sound out and I had to use earplugs in order to fall asleep. The previous feedbacks told about this noise and let understand that the door does its job well so it was a surprise to me the bass was so loud.
