"Gorgeous little studio, friendly owner"

Lovely friendly owner with great customer service. I was able to drop my bags off in the morning and when I did easy self check in later my bags were waiting for me in my room. Water in the fridge and little treats, nice thoughtful touches. Gorgeous little eclectic studio very close to everything in the old town with a small terrace and air conditioning. Little bit of noise on a weekend night but I had earplugs so it was fine. There is a lift from 1st floor up which is super helpful if you have heavy bags as the studio is on the 3rd floor.

Bed was a little hard. The only thing that lets this gorgeous studio down a little is the tiny bathroom where the shower is not separate at all. So after showering you have to sit sideways on the toilet unless you want wet feet! Still enjoyed my stay here though.

I stayed in both this apartment and another apartment in the same building (Studio 21), with the same owner, during my stay. Both were excellent (although the shower in Reina is very small). Some of the other reviews mention night-time noise, but I didn't have any problems with noise in either stay. The apartment is in a great location, only 5 minutes walk from Morosini (Lion) Fountain. The host is exceptional - very responsive and helpful. I also enjoyed the quirky decor - it was nice to stay somewhere with a bit of character.

Great location in the centre of town. A really quirky apartment with excellent decor. Would definitely come again.

The apartment initially smelled of cigarette smoke as the previous guest had smoked indoors. The owner explained the situation and was helpful but perhaps could have put in some air freshener!
